1 ] Do I know who I am?
I am what I perceive/believe Self to be.

2 ] How do I let go of negativity?
I examine choices: are they being made from of fear or love? Because if I recognize these are choices under my own control, I can move into love and leave fear behind.

3 ] What happens when my choices are made from Love?
When I have command of my own choices, Love leads the way. All interactions become a gift of Love.

4 ] When do I reach Peace?
When I release my attachments I am able to stand in my own light; steadfast.

5 ] What do I want to do Now?
I can open the gateway to greater expression of Essence Self.

6 ] Acceptance
Essence Self realized is the perception of All.

7 ] Empathy
The true ability to embrace Other as Self. the release of separation; this is Unity.

8 / 1 ] Do I know who I am?
I am what I perceive/believe Self to be.

Once I have experienced the 7 principles, the 8th is the 1st repeated — for I am no longer who I was when I began.

I am Now.
