What do we need to know?
To let go of the form is critical for the development of higher consciousness. Allow the energy to lead you in the expression of unity. You have all let the nature of agape bring you together which is to be expected from this group of old souls.
Why energy first?
It breaks down the perception of physical-ness. With imprinting at bay [the influences of the physical plane], the next step is becoming comfortable with the energy body itself, which is much more mutable. At the level of energy, “sight” does not dominate, “feeling” however is more enhanced. The concentration exercise of “free floating essence” is far more effective if you perceive self as energy.
The thought occurred that this is the last of the old form meditations?
Indeed, you have asked for what is next. That is to carry the energy without the need for a meditative state. This will be far more dynamic.
