As the institutions and belief systems of the young soul world fall, those of us that grew up amidst them have legacy imprinting we need to shift off. This visualization was about searching through the energetic form of the self to identify what, if anything, still need to be addressed. As we do this we release our own imprinting more fully and we make it that much easier to be self-accepting.
This also gives us more experience in energy based concentration exercises.
